Where Charlotte's Women in Dentistry Come to Learn and Lead

Charlotte Women in Dentistry meets bi-monthly from September through May on Thursday evenings, 6:30–8:30 PM. The full schedule for the 2026–2027 academic year is outlined below.

Charlotte Women in Dentistry brings together clinicians who understand each other’s realities, from managing complex schedules to navigating ownership and leadership in a fast-changing profession. The result is a room where questions are candid, answers are practical, and relationships extend well past the last meeting of the season. Founded and directed by Dr. Riddhi Patel of Harmony Cosmetic Dentistry & Implants, Charlotte Women in Dentistry runs alongside her Carolina Collaborative Study Club and reflects the same commitment to intentional, high-quality learning.
